Careers at Beckenhauer Construction
Our estimators are knowledgeable of all aspects of the construction process so they are able to produce accurate estimates from the very first conceptual drawing we receive for a project. As the design of the project advances, these estimates are updated from the new drawings and input on Owner expectations.
Our Project Manager's are involved with a project from the very start. During the design phase, they will work closely with the Estimating Department on the preliminary estimate and plan reviews. As construction begins, they will work with the Project Superintendent and provide overall management for the project. During the entire process, the Project Manager is responsible to maintain optimal Owner, Architect, and subcontractor relationships.
The Superintendent is in charge of daily operations on the project. They are responsible for scheduling subcontractors, site safety, quality control and working proactively to avoid problem areas before they occur. The Superintendent is on-site for the duration of the project.
