Heroes Park, Norfolk Vets Home, Norfolk, NE
Heroes Park will include a new pavilion with outdoor patio, additional parking and landscaping. The landscaping will include a rain garden, native grasses, prairie and wildflower gardens, a playground, picnic area, and sporting area with basketball court, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

Norfolk Community Theatre, Norfolk, NE
This project is the restoration/renovation of the old “Grand Theatre” in Norfolk. This is a performing arts theatre that was converted to a movie theater in the mid 1900’s. The exterior façade was carefully covered up in the 1960s which protected its ornate construction. When completed this will be a beautiful showcase performance theatre in Norfolk.

Boone County Courthouse, Albion, NE
Renovation to existing courtrooms and upgrades to electrical and mechanical systems. Anticipated construction completion is December 2010.

Cherry County Law Enforcement Center, Valentine, NE
A new Justice Center is to be constructed as an addition to the existing County Courthouse Annex and will include a 30-bed jail, law enforcement offices, courtroom and support offices, new entrance, lobby and circulation space. The existing Courthouse Annex will also include some renovation to provide law enforcement space.

Buffalo County Justice Center; Addition, Renovation, and new Jail Facility, Kearney, NE
A $24 million bond election was passed and construction started spring 2008. This is a multi-phase project so as not to inhibit continued use of either the existing courthouse or the existing jail. There will be 36,000 SF of new courthouse space, 27,000 SF of new jail and jail support space to accommodate 200 prisoner beds, and 29,500 SF of courthouse renovation.

Valley County Courthouse, Ord, NE
This was a HVAC, electrical, and window renovation to the courthouse. We were able to bring forth a mechanical option that would give the building greatly increased efficiency while maintaining the historical aesthetics of the courthouse. New windows that complemented the original design were also incorporated into the project. Construction was completed April 2007.

Holt County Courthouse, O'Neill, NE
Three-story addition to the existing courthouse and renovation to the existing facility. Complete replacement of the existing mechanical system and electrical upgrades were also part of the scope of work for the project. This project included 33,500 SF of new addition and renovation. Construction was completed February 2005.

Fire Station #2, Norfolk, NE
8,600 SF Fire Station. Construction was completed in May 2004.

Holt County Courthouse Annex, O'Neill, NE
Construction of a new courthouse annex facility to replace the existing non-compliant, outgrown facility. Construction was completed March 2003.

Madison County Courthouse, Madison, NE
This project expanded the space in the County Treasurer’s office, the Clerk of the District Court office, the Clerk of the County Court office, added a new exterior courtyard area, and renovated the entire central core of the Courthouse with an attractive facelift. Construction was completed December 1999.

City Offices and Library, Madison, NE
New facility completed in 1998.

Madison County Courthouse, Madison, NE
Renovation of the prior Sheriff’s Department into new office space for the County Attorney, small non-juried hearing room and new driver’s exam space. Construction was completed in 1997.

Madison County Law Enforcement Center, Madison, NE
35,000 SF facility that has a capacity of 125 prisoner beds, Sheriff’s department, 911 call center, dispatch, and support areas. Construction was completed August 1996.
