St. Francis Memorial Hospital, West Point NE
The project will consist of a new entry canopy, healing garden, and 3-level patient addition. The partial lower level will house the mechanical and electrical equipment; first level to include new entry lobby and rehabilitation area along with remodel work on the clinic; the second level includes a new cafeteria and conference space; the third level includes 17 new patient rooms with support space along with renovation of the existing patient room wing into 7 new patient rooms with nursery.

Kearney County Health Services, Minden, NE
Phase I involves 27,000sqft of renovation including Mechanical and Electrical system upgrade, fire sprinkler installation, miscellaneous Fire Marshall required upgrades and renovations to the OR and CT Room. Master Plan Addition is currently seeking USDA funding.

Spier Physical Therapy, Norfolk, NE
New physical therapy facility including above ground therapy pool.

Boone County Health Center, Albion, NE
Multi-phase project including addition and renovation of the following areas: Patient Rooms, Cardiology, Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, Dining, Front Lobby, MRI, X-Ray and ER. Construction on Phase III began Summer 2009 and will include 12 new private patient rooms, 2 new obstetrical suites and a large private family suite for terminally ill patients. The existing patient rooms will also be renovated providing the hospital with a total of 25 private patient rooms.

Jennie M. Melham Memorial Medical Center, Broken Bow, NE
Design/build project including 23-patient rooms and 41,600 SF addition to existing medical center. Project also includes 15,000 SF renovation of existing medical center for Physical Therapy, Pharmacy and office use.

Tri-County Hospital, Lexington, NE
$3.25 million project included a new MRI, as well as enhancements to the emergency room and lab. Phase 2 completed June 2009.

Heartland Physical Therapy, Norfolk, NE
New 10,600 SF facility. Construction was completed in August 2007.

Gentle Beginnings, Norfolk, NE
New 4,900 SF Mid-Wife Birthing Clinic. Construction was completed in December 2007.

Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department, Wisner, NE
New Public Health Department Facility. Construction was completed in July 2005.

Wisner Medical Clinic, Wisner, NE
New clinic for the Wisner Community Development Group. This project was completed simultaneously with the Elkhorn Logan Valley Project. Construction was completed in June 2005.

Creekwood Chiropractic, Norfolk, NE
New tenant finish completed in 2005.

Norfolk Childrens Dental, Norfolk, NE
New tenant finish for Pediatric Dental Surgery Clinic completed September 2004.

Imaging Solutions, Norfolk, NE
2,900 SF tenant finish for a new MRI/CT scanning facility, construction was completed in May 2003.

Mid-Nebraska Lutheran Home, Newman Grove, NE
15,400 SF, 22-bed assisted living addition to existing nursing home. Construction was completed in March 2003.

Faith Regional Health Services, Norfolk, NE
New generator building completed in April 2003.

Parkview Haven Assisted Living (The Embers), Coleridge, NE
New 18,000 SF, twenty bed assisted living facility, construction was completed in December 2000.

Regency Family Dental, Norfolk, NE
New facility completed in 1999.

Tiffany Square Assisted Living, Grand Island, NE
Nursing Home Facility completed in 1996.

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Norfolk, NE
Tunnel completed in 1992.

Elkhorn Valley Chiropractic, Norfolk, NE
Addition completed in 1990.

Mid Nebraska Lutheran Home, Newman Grove, NE
New facility completed in 1989.

Norfolk Medical Group, Norfolk, NE
Addition completed in 1978.

Wausa Nursing Home, Wausa, NE
Addition completed in 1977.

Lutheran Community Hospital, Norfolk, NE
Major addition and renovation completed in 1976.

Regional Center, Norfolk, NE
Addition and renovation, the majority of work was done in the kitchen and dining area. Construction was completed in 1973.

Tilden Hospital, Tilden, NE
Addition and renovation completed in 1968.
