Elkhorn Valley Bank & Trust, Pierce NE
Construction began this fall on a new drive-through bank in Pierce. This new facility will replace the existing bank location.

Elgin Veteran's Clinic, Elgin NE
New Medical Clinic.

Wayne State College Pile Hall, Wayne NE
Construction started this Spring to renovate the dormitory built in 1932. A new elevator will be added and life safety, accesibility standards and lifestyle preferences will be accommodated.

St. Francis Memorial Hospital, West Point NE
The project will consist of a new entry canopy, healing garden, and 3-level patient addition. The partial lower level will house the mechanical and electrical equipment; first level to include new entry lobby and rehabilitation area along with remodel work on the clinic; the second level includes a new cafeteria and conference space; the third level includes 17 new patient rooms with support space along with renovation of the existing patient room wing into 7 new patient rooms with nursery.

Wayne State College Carhart Science, Wayne, NE
Phase I included renovation of the entire 3rd floor and upgraded electrical systems. Phase 2 began this spring and will include renovation of the 2nd floor.

Kearney County Health Services, Minden, NE
Phase I included 27,000sqft of renovation including Mechanical and Electrical system upgrade, fire sprinkler installation, miscellaneous Fire Marshall required upgrades and renovations to the OR and CT Room. A bond issue was approved this Spring for a 8,600sq ft addition and renovation to the existing building. Construction is expected to start late this summer.

Heroes Park, Norfolk Vets Home, Norfolk, NE
Heroes Park will include a new pavilion with outdoor patio, additional parking and landscaping. The landscaping will include a rain garden, native grasses, prairie and wildflower gardens, a playground, picnic area, and sporting area with basketball court, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

Buffalo County Government Center, Kearney, NE
A $24 million bond election was passed and construction started spring 2008. This is a multi-phase project so as not to inhibit continued use of either the existing courthouse or the existing jail. There will be 36,000 SF of new courthouse space, 27,000 SF of new jail and jail support space to accommodate 200 prisoner beds, and 29,500 SF of courthouse renovation.
