St. Francis Memorial Hospital, West Point NE
The project will consist of a new entry canopy, healing garden, and 3-level patient addition. The partial lower level will house the mechanical and electrical equipment; first level to include new entry lobby and rehabilitation area along with remodel work on the clinic; the second level includes a new cafeteria and conference space; the third level includes 17 new patient rooms with support space along with renovation of the existing patient room wing into 7 new patient rooms with nursery.

Kearney County Health Services, Minden, NE
Phase I involves 27,000sqft of renovation including Mechanical and Electrical system upgrade, fire sprinkler installation, miscellaneous Fire Marshall required upgrades and renovations to the OR and CT Room. Master Plan Addition is currently seeking USDA funding.

Heroes Park, Norfolk Vets Home, Norfolk, NE
Heroes Park will include a new pavilion with outdoor patio, additional parking and landscaping. The landscaping will include a rain garden, native grasses, prairie and wildflower gardens, a playground, picnic area, and sporting area with basketball court, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

Norfolk Community Theatre, Norfolk, NE
This project is the restoration/renovation of the old “Grand Theatre” in Norfolk. This is a performing arts theatre that was converted to a movie theater in the mid 1900’s. The exterior façade was carefully covered up in the 1960s which protected its ornate construction. When completed this will be a beautiful showcase performance theatre in Norfolk.

Valentine Community Schools, Valentine, NE
Addition and renovation to existing Elementary School including new classrooms, Special Education Office, miscellaneous space, utility upgrades and relocation and sitework.

Spier Physical Therapy, Norfolk, NE
New physical therapy facility including above ground therapy pool.

Cherry County Law Enforcement Center, Valentine, NE
A new Justice Center is to be constructed as an addition to the existing County Courthouse Annex and will include a 30-bed jail, law enforcement offices, courtroom and support offices, new entrance, lobby and circulation space. The existing Courthouse Annex will also include some renovation to provide law enforcement space.

Boone County Courthouse, Albion, NE
Renovation to existing courtrooms and upgrades to electrical and mechanical systems. Anticipated construction completion is December 2010.

Buffalo County Justice Center, Kearney, NE
A $24 million bond election was passed and construction started spring 2008. This is a multi-phase project so as not to inhibit continued use of either the existing courthouse or the existing jail. There will be 36,000 SF of new courthouse space, 27,000 SF of new jail and jail support space to accommodate 200 prisoner beds, and 29,500 SF of courthouse renovation.

Jennie M. Melham Memorial Medical Center, Broken Bow, NE
Design/build project including 23-patient rooms, 2 LDR rooms and 41,600 SF addition to existing medical center. Project also includes 15,000 SF renovation of existing medical center for Physical Therapy, Pharmacy and office use.

Boone County Health Center, Albion, NE
Multi-phase project including addition and renovation of the following areas: Patient Rooms, Cardiology, Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, Dining, Front Lobby, MRI, X-Ray and ER. Construction on Phase III began Summer 2009 and will include 12 new private patient rooms, 2 new obstetrical suites and a large private family suite for terminally ill patients. The existing patient rooms will also be renovated providing the hospital with a total of 25 private patient rooms. Phase IV is currently in design phase.

Norfolk Senior High School, Norfolk, NE
Addition and renovation to existing building including a new band room and achievement center.
