K-12 school addition and renovation. Beckenhauer Construction assisted with cost and constructability analysis prior to bond election and assisted the Architect in establishing the budget for the bond election. Upon passage of the bond issue, we continued to work with the Architect on cost and constructability issues throughout the design frame of the project. This project was split into two phases to fast track its completion.
