As Business Development Manager, Dan Griess focuses on building client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives for Beckenhauer Construction. He leverages his extensive leadership background to strengthen partnerships and drive business development efforts across the region.

EXPERIENCE

Dan began his career in the medical field, earning a Bachelor’s degree as a Medical Technologist and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA). His professional background includes roles at Regional West Clinical Lab, Omaha Clinical Lab, and the former University Hospital. In 1992, Dan joined Box Butte General Hospital (BBGH) in Alliance, Nebraska, where he spent nearly 25 years, advancing from Lab Manager to Vice President and ultimately serving as CEO. During his time at BBGH, he collaborated extensively with Beckenhauer Construction on facility additions and renovations. After BBGH, Dan continued his leadership career at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Omaha, where he remained until his retirement in 2024. His long-standing relationships within the healthcare industry and experience in facility management provide valuable insight to Beckenhauer Construction’s development team.
