The multi-phase project at the Norfolk Iron and Metal campus included a 16,300 SF two-story office addition, a 29,500SF office renovation, and a 2,000SF Warehouse Locker Room renovation. Work included the construction of new office space, updates to existing offices and common areas, and upgrades to the locker room.
