Career Scholar: Madeline Kunz, New Hire
At Beckenhauer Construction, we’re committed to building more than projects, we’re committed to developing the next generation of construction professionals. That commitment is reflected through our partnership with the Wayne State College Career Scholars Program, which connects local students with meaningful, hands-on work experience while they complete their college education.
Madeline Kunz recently completed the program after interning with Beckenhauer Construction. Throughout her time with BCI, Madeline gained realworld experience, worked alongside experienced professionals, and became a valued part of our team while earning college credit and working toward her degree.
Madeline’s dedication and achievements were recognized with the President’s Challenge Coin, an honor presented to students who successfully complete all four years of the Career Scholars Program while demonstrating camaraderie, achievement, and excellence.
We’re excited to officially welcome Madeline to Beckenhauer Construction as a Project Engineer following her graduation.
Her journey from Career Scholar to full-time employee is a testament to the value of investing in young professionals and creating opportunities for students to launch meaningful careers in the construction industry.
Congratulations, Madeline! We look forward to seeing all you’ll accomplish as part of the BCI team.
