ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
As Vice President of Operations, Barritt supports operational consistency across all projects, company policies and procedures, staffing coordination, and internal committees. He works closely with project teams to align budgeting, scheduling, constructability, and execution with the company’s long-term vision.
EXPERIENCE
Bill’s over 25 years construction experience include time working for a national construction firm before joining Beckenhauer Construction in 2006. Bill brings his experience having worked as a Project Manager on numerous successful construction projects of over one million square feet in total to the position of Director of Preconstruction. His vast experience and total ownership approach to each project he is involved with adds so much value to the preconstruction process it’s hard to describe. He listens to owners and designers and works diligently to assure their needs are met, with Bill it is personal, he makes sure every project is a huge success and does whatever it takes working with the team to make sure it is!
