Following the completion of the new Sarpy County Correctional Center in August 2023, the former Law Enforcement Center is no longer in use. Due to its condition and lack of economic viability for repurposing, the County has elected to demolish the facility and convert the area into additional parking for the Courthouse Campus.

The project includes full demolition of the existing structure, removal of debris, and construction of new parking and landscaping. It will also improve site access with new drives connecting the Courthouse Campus to the Pinnacle Bank Building and the removal of select curb cuts to enhance traffic flow.
