Multi-phase project to update all interior space. Exterior windows were replaced and exterior brick was refreshed.  The existing kitchen for the coffee shop was relocated and updated.  New ADA compliant entrances were built including installation of a new elevator servicing four floor levels from the basement to the penthouse.  Also as part of the project, extensive site utility work on the existing college campus occurred over an area covering approximately 4 acres and included direct bury as well as directionally bored underground storm water, sanitary sewer services, and water services as well as other utility work within existing underground service tunnels which link the many buildings on campus together.
