Phase 1 of this project included demolition of the entire 3rd floor, including all electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment.  New labs, offices and classrooms were built back.  A new penthouse was built for 3rd floor mechanical and HVAC.  Electrical systems were upgraded and a new emergency generator incorporated.  All work was coordinated with the Owner with little to no interruption to class schedules.  Phase I was completed two months before our contract end date allowing the college to schedule summer classes for 3rd floor.  Phase 2 includes similar work on the 2nd floor. Phases 3 and 4 included renovation of the first floor and basement.
